Office Hours:
Examinations and surgery are scheduled by APPOINTMENT. We know that you value your time so please phone ahead to prevent unnecessary waiting and inconvenience for you.  We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. On occasion, emergencies can create schedule problems and, whenever possible, you will be notified if there will be any substantial delays. If you would like to leave your pet at our office for treatment during the day, the office is open during the week from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturdays, we are open from 8 a.m. to Noon.

Please have your pet restrained either on a leash, in your arms, or in a carrier. This is necessary for his protection as well as others in the reception area.

Telephone Calls:
We encourage you to phone our office anytime you have questions regarding pet care. We feel that through communication, many potential problems can be recognized earlier or even prevented altogether. It would be most unfair to clients in the office however, if the veterinarian were to leave a patient to answer each phone call. The office staff is experienced and trained to answer many of your questions. They will also relay your question to the veterinarian and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.

Emergencies:
We recognize that you can have an emergency situation arise, and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. Phone the office for instructions. In the event of a severe situation outside normal office hours, go immediately to the North Fulton Emergency Center. We will be notified if necessary. The emergency center is a fully staffed center to handle severe emergencies that require the continual attention that is not possible after hours in a regular practice.
